SUPPLIER TERMS & CONDITIONS

Supplier is to notify BE Technologies of nonconforming processes, products, or services and obtain approval for their disposition from BE Technologies, or their customers.

Supplier to allow right of access to all facilities at any level of the supply chain, including access to all applicable records by BE Technologies, their customer, and authorities.

Supplier to flow down to sub-tier suppliers the applicable requirements as specified in the purchase order.

Certificates of Conformance are required for each line item listed on a purchase order.

Mill Test Reports are required for all raw materials.

All processing of parts (chem. film, anodize, etc.) sent out by BE Technologies will require process certifications

Traceability is required for all material and processes associated with this order. All conformance records must indicate complete traceability.

Documents and records regarding the parts and/or services associated with a purchase order are required to be retained for a minimum of seven (7) years.

No counterfeit or suspect counterfeit parts are to be contained within the delivered product, supplier shall have a counterfeit prevention process in place.

Supplier will ensure that BE Technologies is aware of their contribution to product or service conformity, their contribution to product safety, and the importance of ethical behavior.

The supplier shall incorporate best commercial standard practices for packaging and preservation of all articles to prevent damage during shipment and ensure product safety upon delivery.
